Kairali Gardens is a beautiful residential colony featured with some villas and house plots, located one km away from Balaramapuram town, which is known for the unique production of traditional varieties of handloom textiles and and 13 kms from Thiruvananthapuram, is the capital of the state of Kerala.
Kairali Gardens Residents Association (KGRA) was formed in 2004 (Reg # T 1439/04) with the objective of ensuring a better social life to the residents with all the available civic amenities. Its formation was the result of a series of interaction between a few young minds with the active support from some seniors.
